Welcome back friends, today I’m very happy to have my lovely friend, the divine Davina Rankin back on the show.

Davina was a guest for my Mama chats last year while in lockdown and we hit it off straight away and then the stars aligned and we finally connected in person at the WellWeb launch event in the Gold Coast in February, it felt like I was hugging a long time girlfriend after months of being apart.

Davina is so warm and bubbly and has this beautiful ability to make everyone around her feel seen.

Davina is a former fitness model, personal trainer, and an incredibly savvy entrepreneur with a background in reality TV. She is the founder of We Love Bunch Co, which hosts a series of Brisbane’s favourite female networking events. As well as the creator and author of the beautiful and thoughtful children’s book, Empowered Moo, shares a series of powerful affirmations to form self-belief and self-love in children.

Recently, Davina has made some conscious lifestyle changes that profoundly affect her mental and physical well-being. Passionately sharing her new healthy habits, nourishing meals, and spiritual practices with her highly engaged online community showing them the positive impact it can have on your overall life.
