Are you someone who can 'manage' your eating during the day, but come nighttime you find yourself raiding the pantry and often eating till discomfort? Have you tried to willpower or discipline yourself out of this behaviour, but nothing seems to work? You are not alone. For years, I struggled with night 'overeating' and thought I would never be able to change this behaviour. Addressing the behaviour differently was ultimately what helped me, and so on today's podcast I raise questions you may want to consider if wanting to address this behaviour too.
