Make sure to check the workout I took tavi through. He’s been training for 20 years, yet I took him through exercises and range of motions he’s never done before. It set him up to have sore legs for a week.
Immediately after the workout Tavi headed on over to the Castle, devoured food and sat down to talk about his philosophy on life.

You do this by keeping your mind in the now, cut off all attachment to the past and all expectation of the future, and just live now.
