Hey folks! Today's podcast is about a sneaky problem I call the "How Disease." You know, that overthinking paralysis that stops us from taking action? Been there, done that.

Picture me in Mount Shasta, reflecting on becoming a mountain during deep self-work. Turns out, the key is not waiting for a perfect plan but taking small steps consistently.

The "How Disease" is essentially waiting for everything to align perfectly before acting. Spoiler: It never happens! Instead, I suggest four steps:

  1. Get Fuzzy: Don't wait for perfect clarity. Have a general goal.
  2. Get Current: Know where you are. What's working? What's draining you?
  3. Find Yourself: Practice stillness, connect with your intuition.
  4. Take One Step: Daily actions beat waiting for the perfect plan.

Challenge time! Think of something important you've been putting off, set a fuzzy goal, get current, find yourself, and commit to small daily steps for a week. Break free from overthinking and let's get things done!
