  • Would you say there is a ratio of what type of posts we need to do for social media? Should there be a balance of informative posts, reels, recipes, gyms tips etc.
  • "Some of my clients are adamant that they are eating a 'healthy diet' and do not need to/cannot make any changes due to hectic schedule (one client); or fear of failure/dislike of calorie counting/any discussion around nutrition (another client - very sensitive subject matter! We could not even discuss nutrition in the consultation, it was that bad! So I completely respected this and focused on performance goals despite her being severely overweight). We agreed the client journey would focus on nutrition at a later date, but it is becoming evident that their results are not going to be optimal (I did make this clear to them from the start). When you know a client would get better results with a different approach, but they are resistant to change/do not believe anything is wrong with their diet (even just in terms of performance-based goals), what are the best questions to ask them? I tried this week and hit a brick wall... Should I just leave it? Thanks"
  • When tracking C2A do we count everything we've put on social media posts, including polls used on stories, and links we've sent to people etc?
  • Regarding Stridist. Since this is going to be the ideal coaching platfrom. Would you say its worth trialing with a few clients even though you've not long transitioned over to trainerize?
  • I want my clients to share my content, either my posts or if I tag them in my story. I don't really record any of our sessions. Any tips on how to do it without becoming the PT that's always recording and posting videos on social media?
  • Got quiet times in the late AM-early PM period. Gym tends to be a lot quieter these times. You reckon i should generate a lead magnet for these times? Eg. Free 1-2-1 session to go over your current workout, trickies, nutrition etc???
