005 - In this episode we chat with Melissa Cech, one of Canada's very own IFBB Figure Pros, winning the Overall title at the 2019 Van island Showdown and just a short 4 months later winning her IFBB Pro card internationally at the Latin America Championships.
In the middle of Mel's prep for her Pro Card, she made the decision to quit her day job and pursue her personal training business full time, and since making the leap to full-time self-employment her business, Vancouver Island Muscle, has taken off.
