On this episode of the podcast, we welcome CrossFit Games Athlete, Alex Gazan. Alex most recently won the North America West Semifinal, securing her return to the CrossFit Games for her second appearance.

Not only is Alex an incredible athlete, but she is an absolute sweetheart as well. We had the pleasure of working with her at our most recent Power Monkey Camp in Tennessee, and everyone, campers and coaches agreed...she's awesome.
