In this instance because of Joel’s worship of God and his genuine relationship with the Lord, the Prophet Joel describes the Day of the Lord and its magnitude, the reality of this impending danger leads him to encourage prayers, fasting, and repentance, this is where we encounter the Prophet Joel in prayer!
