First up, Mexico is clamping down, but not on the bad guys. Mexico’s president is instead targeting America and a 30 year old program to stop the cartels. I’ll explain what’s happening.

Your second radar story, late last week Russia confirmed that it will not allow Ukrainian wheat to pass through the Black Sea.
