This week I'm delighted to welcome Rachel Chan onto the podcast, who ditched her stable job with a young family to support to build an online business with Arbonne over 8 years ago. Not only that but she's climbed the ranks and is now at the top tier of that business (National Vice President) and to top it off, she's only just turned 30! (she turned 30 the week of the recording!)
Rachel is a great example of consistency and focus, and hopefully this gives an honest take on what is sometimes a misunderstood industry. We've all been there with our friends (especially women it feels who actually normally support their mates!) when they start a networking marketing business and it's not uncommon for people to roll their eyes with a 'not one of these again' type look. But Rachel is testament to the fact that, for Arbonne at least, persistence pays off and success is possible and encouraged for people in that business.
