Chef Monica Torres is a well-educated woman, a bad ass chef that currently creates at The Wakehouse in Reedley CA, and an all-around inspirational person. Chef shares her personal journey from wanting to be a doctor, to achieving her Bachelor's Degree, to becoming a chef. Tyler & Chef discuss why it is that we don't seem to enjoy the food that we cook for ourselves as much as when it is prepared by someone else. Chef & Tyler relate to each other's end of the world experiences such as witnessing some weird lights in the sky in the late '90s and the fear-mongering of 2012 being the final year on Earth.
