Her signature program, The Food and Body Acceptance System, combines evidence-based nutrition education and weight-neutral health behavior change to empower participants and support their long-term health and wellness. Outside of work you'll likely find Catherine cooking, baking, practicing yoga, hiking, cycling with her husband, thrift store shopping or enjoying local food and drinks in the Pacific Northwest.
