I had the honour of speaking to Josh Garman before he headed off on an incredible endurance journey cycling 5000 miles around the coast of Great Britain raising money and awareness for Hope for Hasti.

Last year throughout lockdown, I was in awe following Major Chris Brannigan walking barefoot for 700 miles across Britain from Lands End to Edinburgh for Hasti, his daughter, who has a rare genetic condition.

Josh was inspired by this story and got involved by taking on a cycling journey in 2020 before this one that he is currently on right now!
