Do you have a lot of inflammation in your body?

Do you practice self care often?

Do you think self care is necessary or selfish? How does inflammation and self care both affect the body?

Self care is most definitely not selfish and I would state how absolutely necessary it is for optimal whole health.

But our Heavenly Father created the sabbath for us. His children. To Rest. Restore. Renew.

Self care isn't selfish and can actually reduce the toxic inflammation in your body. Today I share 4 easy ways to show yourself care and love that will help to reduce inflammation while giving both brain and body benefits.

If your bucket is empty, you simply cannot pour from it in the way that you want to.

Filling your bucket involves self care. Daily self care will reduce your stress levels, increase your mood and yes even reduce some toxic inflammation.

Taking time for self care is a gift you can give yourself each day.
