Today was going to be an nontraditional Thanksgiving for our family. I started the day like I normally do with meditation, gratitude, visualization, and exercise to set myself up for the best outcome. In this episode, I talk about how our family celebrated Thanksgiving and the lovely surprise call I received that made my day. I share reflections about the relationships I have with my friends and the people who played incredible roles in my life. I also talk about how the day was perfect in its own way, even when things were not perfect.
