TuTu Thin: A Podcast for Dancers | Be a healthy dancer/athlete in mind, body and spirit.

As we begin the NBA season, I thought it would be apropos to introduce Lindsey Kovacevich Riley to the TuTu Thin Podcast. She was a former NBA dancer for the Denver Nuggets. Lindsey grew up in Southern California and started dancing at the age of four. Her dancing took her many places and provided experiences and memories that have lasted a lifetime. She’s danced on numerous cruise ships, venues such as Disneyland, Carnage Hall in New York City and in the Olympic Village during the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia. In college, Lindsey danced for two seasons with the Colorado Eagles, a semi-professional hockey team in Northern Colorado and then went on to dance for two seasons for the NBA Denver Nuggets. In the early 2000’s Lindsey started her career in broadcast journalism working for multiple news stations as a reporter, anchor and producer for nearly a decade. Lindsey now lives in Oregon with her husband and three children and has worked for various eating disorder programs in outreach, admissions and marketing helping clients find their road to recovery.
