Sinja und Boris sprechen in dieser Folge über die verschiedenen Formen von Scham. Sie beleuchten, wann Scham uns im Weg steht und wann sie vielleicht sogar nützlich ist.

Die beiden geben Tipps, wie uns die Achtsamkeitspraxis dabei helfen kann, besser mit Scham umzugehen. So viel schon vorweg: Es hilft, über die Scham Bescheid zu wissen - und auch über sie zu sprechen.
