Hey weather watchers! Your New York City forecast is here, and boy, do we have some interesting days ahead.
Today is bringing us a crisp and sunny day with temperatures climbing to a chilly 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Bundle up, because the wind chill will make it feel like a brisk 15 to 25 degrees. Expect northwest winds around 8 to 15 miles per hour, shifting to the southwest in the afternoon.
Tonight, things get a bit more unpredictable. We've got a 40 percent chance of rain after 4 am, with clouds rolling in and temperatures dropping to around 34 degrees. Winds will be gentle from the south at 6 to 8 miles per hour.
Friday is looking wet, folks. Expect rain all day with temperatures reaching 42 degrees Fahrenheit. We're talking about a solid possibility of a quarter to half an inch of precipitation. Southwest winds will be light at 3 to 7 miles per hour.
The weekend starts with a sunny Saturday, temperatures hovering near 39 degrees with northwest winds around 13 to 15 miles per hour. Saturday night will be chilly, dropping to around 24 degrees.
Sunday brings mostly cloudy skies with a high near 40 degrees. Sunday night might surprise you with a chance of rain and snow before 1 am.
Monday warms up a bit, reaching near 49 degrees, and Tuesday looks mostly sunny with a high around 41 degrees.
