Here's the weather report script:
Good morning, New York City! This is your weather update for Tuesday, February 10th.
Let's dive right into what Mother Nature has in store for us today. It's going to be a chilly one with mostly sunny skies and temperatures struggling to climb. We're looking at a high near 37 degrees Fahrenheit, but don't let that number fool you - the wind chill will make it feel more like the mid 20s to low 30s. Northwest winds will be blowing around 8 to 10 miles per hour, so definitely keep that winter jacket handy.
Tonight, we're in for a mostly clear evening with temperatures dropping down to a brisk 25 degrees Fahrenheit. Those northwest winds will calm down to about 5 to 7 miles per hour.
Looking ahead to Tuesday, there's a slight 20 percent chance of snow after 4 in the afternoon. Expect mostly cloudy conditions with a high near 36 degrees Fahrenheit. Wind chill values will hover between 25 and 30 degrees.
Tuesday night gets more interesting, folks. We've got a solid chance of snow - about 60 percent - mainly between 10 at night and 4 in the morning. Temperatures will dip to around 28 degrees Fahrenheit, and we might see a fresh blanket of 1 to 2 inches of the white stuff.
Wednesday continues the wintry theme with a 30 percent chance of snow and cloudy skies. Temperatures will remain cool, topping out near 36 degrees Fahrenheit with northeast winds around 14 miles per hour.
For those weather watchers out there, Wednesday night brings a 100 percent chance of precipitation - we're talking snow, sleet, and potentially transitioning to rain.
As we roll into Thursday, expect a 50 percent chance of rain before 1 in the afternoon, with temperatures climbing to a more mild 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
The weekend looks like it'll bring more wet weather, with a 50 percent chance of rain on Saturday and an 80 percent chance on Saturday night and Sunday.
