Good morning, New York City! This is your Weather Whisper coming in hot (or should I say, cold) with today's forecast.
We've got a chilly adventure ahead, folks! Overnight, expect a slight 20 percent chance of snow with temperatures dipping down to around 30 degrees. That northeast wind will be dancing around at about 9 miles per hour, so keep those coats extra snug.
Wednesday brings more winter drama. A hint of snow might tease us before 10 in the morning and then again after 4 in the afternoon. We're looking at temperatures struggling to reach 40 degrees, with wind chill making it feel more like 25 to 30 degrees. Bundle up, city dwellers!
Wednesday night gets interesting. We're talking snow and sleet before 1 in the morning, transitioning to rain and sleet, and then pure rain after 4 in the morning. Temperatures will climb to around 38 degrees by 5 in the morning.
Thursday offers a bit of relief with rain likely before 10 in the morning, then gradually clearing to mostly sunny skies. Temperatures will warm up to a pleasant 46 degrees.
The weekend looks like a precipitation party with high chances of rain and potentially some snow on Saturday. Sunday continues the wet trend with temperatures reaching near 46 degrees.
By Washingtons Birthday, expect a blustery but mostly sunny day with temperatures hovering around 29 degrees.
