Good morning, New York City! I'm your weather anchor, bringing you the latest forecast for the next few days.
Today, we're looking at a gorgeous mostly sunny day with temperatures climbing to a pleasant 50 degrees Fahrenheit. That northeast wind will be dancing around 5 to 10 miles per hour, then doing a little switcheroo to the south in the afternoon. Pack a light jacket, city dwellers!
Tonight, things get a bit more cloudy, with temperatures dropping to a cool 39 degrees Fahrenheit. A southwest wind around 7 to 10 miles per hour will keep things interesting.
Tuesday brings us some partly sunny skies and a mild high near 54 degrees Fahrenheit. Wednesday looks like a picture-perfect sunny day with temperatures hovering around 52 degrees Fahrenheit.
Now, heads up for Thursday - we've got a 50 percent chance of showers. Clouds will be hanging out with us, and temperatures will reach about 53 degrees Fahrenheit.
Friday takes a cooler turn, with mostly sunny conditions and temperatures maxing out near 45 degrees Fahrenheit. The weekend? Well, Saturday's got a 40 percent chance of showers and a high near 46 degrees Fahrenheit, while Sunday cools down with a mostly sunny day and temperatures around 39 degrees Fahrenheit.
