The first author talk for the spring series of the South Carolina Center for the Book's Speaker @ the Center. Kristina Dunn Johnson, Curator of History South Carolina Confederate Relic Room and Military Museum discusses her book, No Holier Spot of Ground: Confederate Monuments and Cemeteries of South Carolina. Kristina Dunn Johnson was a contributing writer for Forward Together: South Carolinians in the Great War from The History Press (2007). She serves as Curator of History at the South Carolina Confederate Relic Room and Military Museum and has also worked as the Education Coordinator for the Historic Columbia Foundation. During the summers of 2002 through 2004, she worked as a Historical Interpretation Park Ranger at Gettysburg National Military Park. She has a B.A. in History from Emory University and a M.A. in Public History from the University of South Carolina.…
