Lauren and Teia still have questions about all these buzzwords; intersectionality, decolonisation, anti-racism and feminist approaches. What do they actually mean? We are joined by Sanjukta Moorthy to help us understand what we are really saying when we throw out a bunch of 'in-vogue' buzzwords. Sanjukta is a planning, monitoring, evaluation, and learning consultant from south India, based in Barcelona. She’s the founder and director of The SMC Group, a boutique consultancy firm that’s queer, feminist, and anti-racist. Her consultancy work involves advisory support and skill building. She aims to demystify monitoring and evaluation by making it interesting and engaging.
