Dr. Christopher Simons is an associate professor at The Ohio State University with expertise in sensory science, chemical senses, food intake and consumer behavior. Dr. Simons discusses the challenges faced by food providers when developing new products and the research being conducted by his team with the goal of helping companies streamline the testing process done prior to launching new items.
