Recognized as an Ad Age "Woman to Watch" and "40 Under 40," and one of Business Insider’s "30 Most Creative Women in Advertising,” Xanthe Wells is a creative director with 20 years of experience, 14 of which she spent at advertising agencies before making the move brand side in 2017. As VP of Creative, Xanthe leads all creative, concepting, design, experiential, writing and content for Pinterest Marketing.

Previously, Xanthe served as Global Executive Creative Director & Sr. Director for Google, leading a team of 100+ creatives and producers to international recognition by many industry award shows, including Brand Side Agency of the Year and Grand Prix in Cannes. Xanthe is also the co-founder of several packaged goods brands, , she was born and raised in the heart of San Francisco and now lives as a single mom in Los Altos with her two kids.

There’s no question that Xanthe is a force, and we want to get into the ways that she has been making waves of impact particularly for women to have a secured and influential seat at the table. In executive roles, in decision making roles, in creative roles.
