Open Enrollment is your one chance per year to make any changes to your benefits or the family members you cover.

• The addition of an Esse Health Provider Network to our Medical Plans
• The change in our Pharmacy Benefits Administration to RxBenefits/Express Scripts (ESI)
• The addition of chiropractic coverage to our Medical Plans
• Slight premium and deductible changes.
