Born and raised in Ghana, Kojo came to Hamilton to study at McMaster at age 17 and has called it home ever since. He is well known in Hamilton for his anti-racism work including previously serving as executive director for the Hamilton Centre for Civic Inclusion. He's also a sessional instructor at McMaster and an accomplishment singer-song writer having just put out his 3rd album "radical thoughts" which was released earlier this month.
