After many years of struggle, I finally realized, mental health is an internal battle only I could fight my way out of and after a complete mental breakdown, I began practicing radical self care. I shifted my mindset, began to understand how to make things work for me, researched how to fix my biggest struggles, and started taking action in order to change my life. In this podcast, I will teach you: the importance of taking care of yourself so you can better take care of everyone else how to use crochet as a form of mindfulness how to stop feeling anxious and overwhelmed all the time how to process emotions in a healthier way how journaling will help you self reflect and understand your true self how to open your mind to new perspectives & we’re going to have so much fun along the way!
