I share how I am currently walking every day for 5 minutes, working my way up incrementally by 5 minutes at a time so that after 100 days I will have the habit of walking 30 minutes a day! It may not seem like much, but 100 year old Tonya will be very grateful for the work I am doing now:) Enjoy!
