A little Atypical

In today's podcast episode, we'll do a catch-up episode focusing on the cycles of personal development. Lay speaks about the different ways we develop in different cycles. Sometimes our life is more inward and we are focused solely on ourselves; other times, we have outward events that tend to influence how we show up for ourselves. Highlighting the differences allows us to appreciate both times especially when you are in your glow-up journey and get into the ebb and flow of life.

Note: This episode is the first to be recorded in September. I am doing the best I can to get back into posting so it may take some time to get back into the flow of content creation. I apologize for not having a consistent upload date.
