We spend a lot of time thinking and we often say to our children, partner and families “let me think”.We also expect our children to think and ask them “did you think about it” Have we ever stopped for a minute to think about thinking, does my child know how to think? True, we are all blessed with brains to think but do we know how to optimize the left side and right side of the brain to truly analyze and think it through. In this episode, we discuss critical thinking and how we teach it to our children. Critical thinking is a skill that can be taught just like riding a bike. Simply put, it is the ability to think clearly and rationally about a complex topic and analyze it in a way that helps us solve problems.
