Coming from Bacolod City, Philippines, Rafe chased his dreams all the way to New York and he is now established and even has several celebrities wear his beautiful designs on the red carpet!
Rafé Totengco, is an award-winning, New York-based Filipino fashion designer who specializes in women’s handbags, shoes, and small leather goods, and men’s bags and accessories.
Cameron Diaz was unknowingly his first muse.
