I am currently living in Mexico, on the Caribbean coast, in paradise. I worked as a professional chef for 10 years in the UK. I then went to run an Airbnb business in Barcelona for three years until the pandemic. I then decided to travel for a while once restrictions were lifted and I finally settled here in Mexico.

I have worked in sales and customer services as well as creating video production projects. I am now working with Wellestate, a real estate company here in Quintana Roo, Mexico. We work with developers of projects that prioritize sustainability and community integration in their projects. The wellness market is growing at a fast pace, and we are pioneers of wellness properties in the Riviera Maya.
