Human Design combines many ancient modalities (like astrology!) to give us a blueprint of our energetic makeup. You may know the types or have that one friend who is obsessed with being a manifesting generator (literally Dani) but it goes so much deeper. We look at the Human Design types and their strategy for moving through the world, then we get into energy centers and authority to discuss how you’re meant to make decisions. Attia also gets into our personal Human Design charts and tells Aubrey to TAKE A NAP!
