LEAP’s focus is with the owners of venues throughout South Florida, bringing in new or refined practices to increase profitability on a day-to-day basis while also working with the existing sales teams in order to create an environment where event vendors are truly able to best serve their clients while protecting their assets and reputations!

The true goal of LEAP is to create lasting pillars of the community where individuals and families may find themselves on any given weekday or weekend afternoon! In this great endeavor, Austin looks to connect all aspects of the event industry for each of his locations to provide the very best professionals for their clients!

Moving forward and looking towards the future, LEAP will not only be an operations and consultant company but a key tool for new companies being formed to find the best professionals and to provide the very best of education for those companies when it comes to sales and daily business and life practices!
