Over the past week or so we have heard reports out of Los Angeles of homeless people being targeted and killed by some madman that authorities are saying could be a serial killer. Whats more, is that there are the same reports now coming out of Las Vegas where one man was killed and four others wounded when someone opened fire at a local homeless encampment.
Now authorities are trying to figure out if these attacks are connected or if there are two psychopaths on the loose.
