This week episode is a little different.
This week we meet Ryan, the "The Mind Panda". While Ryan doesn't train Jiu Jitsu, he does understand the mental aspect of combat and combat sports. During his time on the show we talk about the different ways your mind and body can work together to help you be more comfortable in uncomfortable situations.
Ryan works with vets from all walks of life, helping lift up their experiences and lives after life in the uniform. Ryan also has a podcast, "Vets with a Mic" so make sure to check him out.
