Taking lessons from experiences, both positive and negative, is key to growth. In this Episode Kellie Wilkie explores what she learned as a competitive swimmer, and junior physio and how that helped shape the way she wished to practice. Kellie has gone on to establish herself as a world leading physio for rowers, ribs and lower backs. We also explore what tractor drivers taught her about back management, and what astronauts taught her about working in high functioning teams.

Kellie was a National Team Physio through the 2008-2016 cycles for the Australian Rowing Team. She is the owner of a 20 year practice in Hobart (BodySystem) and more recently has teamed up with long time colleague Dr Larissa Trease to create development and learning material for helping young rowers grow into healthy & fit older rowers.T
