There are many uncertainties in life, but one thing is for sure–someday, we're all going to die. Do you know what to expect when you're in the last days of your life? Can you say you've lived a full life, or would you have many regrets? The dying process is unique to each person. However, a few common things happen to almost everyone as they come to terms with their mortality.

In this episode, Sharran reads an article by Bronnie Ware titled Regrets of the Dying. The writer worked in palliative care. Her patients were those who had gone home to die. In the heartwarming article, Bronnie shared what she observed while caring for her patients during the last three to twelve weeks of their lives. She took note of the five common themes people felt as they were nearing the end of their existence.

As you listen to Sharran, may the words touch your heart and make you take a deep look inside yourself. Choose happiness. Don't wait until it's too late.

“I read it. I cried every time. It hit me really hard. And based on where we are in the world and the things that we are thinking about, it made me reflect a lot more.”
