Her dream of helping others with their mental health led her to volunteer at Healthy Minds, Calderdale's very own mental health charity, which has supported her and many others with their wellbeing.
In this interview, Caroline will share her extraordinary experiences and shed light on the power of reducing stigma, community support, and the importance of nurturing our own mental wellbeing.
