The provincial election is coming up soon! What are the most important things you need to know as a condo owner and manager? In this episode, Michelle Dyer and Michelle Kelly discuss two types of elections: provincial elections and board of directors elections.

Learn about the role of the board of directors, and how to become part of it. [Hint: the most common way is to be elected!] In addition, condos have rules about who and what are permitted in your condo, but that changes slightly during election time.
