In this, the very first episode of HOT TOPS, Kitty and Candi breakdown and analyze a recent controversy involving a dubious interaction between an internet streamer/recovering massage parlor addict, Yousef Saleh, and a victim of sex trafficking, Sarah.

Yousef or "Fousey" (known as FouseyTube on YouTube) gained initial recognition for viral prank videos and "social experiments" before shifting his focus to Twitch streaming. During an August 6th stream, he approaches a woman having a drink at an airport bar, Sarah, and begins to broadcast their very personal conversation. He learns she was sex trafficked and forced to work as a "lot lizard" for her pimp, but escaped the situation and now is focusing on her family. He has his viewers send money to her CashApp while the two engage in flirting and kissing before disappearing from the camera's view. Upon returning without Sarah, Fousey claims that he "joined the mile high club" but then states he was just joking. Viewers questioned his sincerity, and the online discourse becomes that he took advantage of a sex trafficking victim.
