Andriy Pluzhnyk - Professional Agile Coach, Flow Consultant & Trainer. Originally from Ukraine, I relocated to Stuttgart (Germany) with my family just before the war started. Holding a Ph.D. in Economics, I bring extensive experience in coaching, teaching, training, and consulting for various industries across the globe. My passion lies in empowering businesses to achieve breakthrough results, transforming teams into high-performing teams, and supporting leaders to become their best selves. With Exxeta AG for the past two and a half years, I've been supporting clients through transformations and building internal capabilities.
