BJ grew up in the mountainous regions of Northwestern Pennsylvania, amidst the Appalachian Mountain Range. Prime area for the strange and the unusual. BJ has always had an interest in the paranormal and has had many experiences of her own with it as well. Her experiences began as a small child and have continued throughout adulthood. From Ghosts, UFO’s, Bigfoot and Dogmen, there is a lot that she has experienced in her life. As a momentous achievement, BJ was honored and humbled to be able to achieve a 15-year dream that she held close to her heart. On December 5th, 2023, BJ was accepted and welcomed into a very prestigious globally based group of authors, The Horror Writers Association. It was through her dark graphic horror novel, “Josiah Wolfe,” that she was able to make this dream come true, and be inducted into this organization. Other notable members of this prestigious group are of the likes of Stephen King, and Dean Koontz. As of BJ’s acceptance into the HWA, and from the information available at that time, there were less than 2,500 members globally, with less than 300 of those members being here in the USA. In BJ’s home state of Pennsylvania, there were only 14 members throughout the whole state, withBJ being the only member of this association in all Northwestern Pa. In addition to her latest coloring book, “BIGFOOT,” BJ also has out three full length Horror Novels. It must be noted that BJ writes all her Horror under the penname BJ Moore. She found that being an author in mixed genres, that it was not accepted by some individuals that one person could write in Horror, Religious, Inspirational, and Children’s literature all at the same time, so hence, a separation needed to be made. All the books that BJ has out with the exception of Horror, they will all be under the penname, BJ LaPier. The three Horror Novels that BJ currently has out are “The Culebra,” and “The Culebra II,” as well as her Dark Graphic Horror dealing with Dogmen, “Josiah Wolfe.” BJ states that she gets all her book ideas from her dreams. She adds, “My normal dreams are everyone else’s nightmares.” “Josiah Wolfe,” is by far her most popular horror novel to date. BJ adds that, “In the beginning chapter of this book, it starts out slow to show the mundaneness of the creature’s life, and the repetitiveness of it, to portray his frustrations and his growing hatred for humans, and eventually later in the book, it gives the answer to the“why” for everything. But after that short part in the front, it is full on action, blood, and gore.” BJ is currently working on another Dark Horror Novel called, “The Dark Man,” and it will have to do with an entity that is a combination Demon, Wendigo, and Human. Another Horror of Dark Dimensions… After all that though, it is worth noting that BJ does have out four Educational Coloring Books for ALL ages: “Out of America I,” “Out of Africa,” “Out of Africa Simplified,” for younger children and senior adults that may have problems with poor vision or shakier hands due to age, and, “Out of Africa II.” She also has a four volume Nondenominational Religious series called, “Psalms of Nature,” and a Religious based coloring book, “The Lamb of God,” and her Inspirational Book and Coloring Book, “The Enchanted River,” and, “The Enchanted River Coloring Book.” All of BJ’s books are available on Amazon for purchase, and she also has a YouTube Channel with Book Trailers if you would like a closer look at what the interior of some of the books look like. Bill’s interest in the paranormal began in the late seventies with the original Project UFO television series. In 2003, he was introduced to "The Mothman Prophecies" movie, and it changed his life. Jaci is a retired USPS Postmaster and a current business owner/operator. She specializes in research, data analytics, and “connecting the dots” between intuition, perception, and reality. She is a first-hand paranormal experiencer, including UFOs, disembodied voices, apparitions, and psychic phenomena. Originally from Birkenhead, he was introduced to the Whitechapel area in London’s East End as a student. As a provisional ‘home from home,’ the East End became his preferred place to settle in and has been his home location for over 30 years. In 2001, after watching the Jack the Ripper film From Hell, Russell, through his naturally enquiring mind, developed a fascination for the unsolved case and immersed himself into the mystery through endless research, both through the case files and copious literature on the story. In 2007, he discovered by sheer chance that a shawl, purportedly taken from the 4th Ripper murder scene, was for sale. After identifying a link from the pattern on the shawl to the dates of the Ripper murders, his fascination grew into a serious interest. He purchased the shawl and embarked on a journey of discovery that no other individual had ever undertaken before. In 2011, realizing that this evidence needed scientific endorsement, he was introduced to Dr. Jari Louhelainen, an expert forensic scientist of international repute, who extracted DNA from the shawl and, through a process of focused research and close collaboration with Russell, successfully identified the DNA as that of the 4th Ripper victim. What had started as a fascination had developed into a determination to identify history’s most notorious killer: Jack the Ripper. Further investigation led to the true story behind the shawl’s provenance and the real killer’s identity, confirmed by state-of-the-art forensic techniques. Now conclusively proven, Russell Edwards’ original instinct, recently confirmed by Scotland Yard, has named the man behind the mystery that had remained unsolved for so many years.
