What happens when you combine a café with a "Melrose Ave" style menu and a "Downtown LA" vibe, along with one-of-a-kind coffee and a rad bike shop? You get Spoke Bicycle Café in Elysian Valley (aka Frogtown). Rich Latronica and Laurie Winston are on the show to tell us how they started Spoke with a foldout table and an Aeropress and turned it into an incredible café in an amazing location (and did we mention there's a bike shop?!).

Plus, they are the only coffee shop that offers TRYSTERO COFFEE, one of LA's top roasters that until recently, was roasted from owner/roaster Greg Thomas' garage. There's a reason they call him a "coffee wizard".
