A Lesson on "Looking Only Within for Approval"

I had a hard time trying to decide what to call this weeks episode, as it is packed with a lot of strong messages. All in all, the messages stem from the idea that a lot of us have been taught to look outside ourselves for how we should live, instead of listening inward, and only proceeding forward with what feels good. When we deny what is true for us, we live in a state of misalignment, which often comes with frustration, fatigue, sadness, and even dis-ease. In this episode, I share how when we honor what truly feels good for us from within, our outer world begins to match our inner world, and that is where the juiciness of life resides. My hope is after listening, you feel empowered to test out this method of living authentically for what feels best for you, not needing approval from anywhere else, and that you begin to recognize that we are meant to live a joyful life.
