Alex Seiler is a global people leader with over 15 years of experience transforming people functions and putting talent first at companies such as WeWork, Blue Shield of CA, NBCUniversal, Time Inc., and Citi. He most recently served as Chief People Officer at GHJ, overseeing People, Workplace Experience and Internal Communications.

Under his leadership, GHJ recently won the Transform Award for “People Activator: Employee Experience of the Year”. He also acts as a strategic advisor to three People tech start-ups, ChangeEngine, Kindred Minds and When Insurance. Alex is a champion for diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as a mental health advocate and has been recognized as a thought leader throughout his career.
