They are dedicated to doing whatever they can do to help protect their elderly clients from being taken advantage of by family, friends, predators who target the elderly, nursing homes, etc. They make sure the proper documents are in place to provide stability in case something happens. They even explain how hard it is for people when someone has not done any estate planning and a loved one passes away, becomes disabled, or becomes incapacitated. This is a great episode to listen to if you have elderly people in your family or have friends or neighbors that are older.
