“Coaches don’t practice with the team and leave them during the game when it really counts, and neither do good empathic leaders. They are there to provide support, guidance, understanding, and motivation through every step of the way.”

The above quote by Rae Shanahan, Chief Strategy Officer for Businesssolver, perhaps best summarizes a vital takeaway from my interview with Carm Moceri, Principal, Certified Executive Coach of Healthcare Alignment Solutions, in Episode 4.
