In this bonus podcast, Lauren, Brianna and Michelle dive into social media and education. They focus on the positives and negatives of Twitter and its use in the classroom referencing both the Tang and Hew article and the Twittering About Learning article. Referring to the Megan Mallon podcast, they talk about why digital literacy and digital citizenship is important. Then they add in pieces of their own personal experiences with Twitter and social media as a whole. To end off the podcast, they talk about how they have experienced social media use in the classroom in the past.
